About Us

We are here for you. Taking the first step is simple.

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to addressing the deep-seated health inequalities that persist within our society. By bridging the gap between high-quality health education and the communities who need it most, we aim to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and empowered society.

We operate with a clear mandate to benefit underserved and marginalised groups, including:

• Ethnic minorities

• Young people

• Individuals with disabilities

• Those experiencing significant health inequalities

Together for All CIC is a community organisation dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of individuals and families, particularly within underserved and black ethnic communities in Medway and the surrounding areas.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reduce health inequalities, tackle food insecurity, promote healthy lifestyles, and support vulnerable people through education, outreach, and community-based initiatives. We provide health awareness programmes, wellbeing events, signposting to local services, and practical support to individuals facing financial hardship and social isolation.

Our mission is three-fold:

  1. To improve public health outcomes by providing accessible education and support that directly addresses health inequalities.

  2. To normalize vital conversations around sexual and reproductive health as an essential foundation for overall wellbeing.

  3. To empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to make informed health decisions and act as advocates within their own neighborhoods.

How We Work

We believe in a holistic, community-led approach. We don’t just provide services for communities; we work with them.

Tailored Education

We create culturally-sensitive, easy-to-understand materials, both in-person and digital—to ensure everyone, regardless of background, can engage with health information.

Advocacy & Skill Building

We offer training programmes that go beyond basic health education, focusing on communication, leadership, and peer-education, enabling individuals to support their own communities.

Collaborative Partnerships

True change requires a network. We partner with local authorities, NHS services, schools, and faith leaders to coordinate our efforts, maximize our reach, and create long-term impact.
